Customized PanCancer Immune panel on heart allografts subjected to 8hrs cold ischemic storage in mice cardiac heart transpalnatation model.

We tested the impact of prolonged graft cold storage on graft injury.Transcroptome analysis using total RNA isolated from the allografts showed differential expression of transcripts in this model. To identify the transcriptome signature of the allografts with low- vs. high risk, we performed transcriptomic analysis of allografts subjected either 30min or 8hrs cold ischemic storage using a customized PanCancer immune-profiling gene panel for the NanoString platform.We also used the allograft in the recipient received p40 homodimers.
