CESM2-LE event extraction

The 'percentile_calculation_precip_runoff_no_snow_published.m' code calculates the historical percentiles for rainfall and runoff for each CESM2-LE ensemble member, as described in the manuscript. Using these calculate percentiles, the 'event_extraction_published.m' code extracts all events and antecedent conditions, as described in the manuscript.
