In order to explore the potential probiotic properties of Bacillus stratogenes BS1807G30, the whole genome was sequenced to provide a genetic basis for screening excellent probiotic strains and evaluating their probiotic properties. The selected strains combined with the formula feed were applied to the ecological culture of eriocheir crab, and new insights were provided for the probiotic formula feed of other aquatic animals.
