MX adapter is under the Creative Commons (CC) license BY-NC-SA (Licensees may copy, distribute, display, and make derivatives only for non-commercial purposes and by giving credits to the authors). Two versions are provided. Version 1 was used in this work. Version 2 is updated to decrease the cost and printing time. (RAR)
