Monitoring report 2021

COVID-19 has changed the way public entities work and relate to each other and other audiences. Much of the work developed by the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) was transferred to the online environment and, during 2021, the use of digital technologies became fundamental and indispensable to the fulfilment of its tasks and competences.
During this year the APA’s activity continued in a particularly intense way, naturally highlighting the participation of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Action (MAAC) in the Portuguese Presidency of the European Union (PPEU).

新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）彻底改变了公共机构的运作方式，以及其彼此间与其他受众的互动模式。葡萄牙环境署（Portuguese Environment Agency，APA）的绝大多数工作已转移至线上开展，而在2021年，数字技术的应用成为其履行职责与行使职权的核心且不可或缺的支撑。
同年，该署的各项活动依然保持极高强度，其中环境与气候行动部（Ministry of Environment and Climate Action，MAAC）参与欧盟葡萄牙轮值主席国（Portuguese Presidency of the European Union，PPEU）相关事务的表现尤为引人注目。
