Gene expression of PBMC and isolated CD4 T cells from participants in Part A REDUC clinical trial

REDUC Part A (NCT02092116) assessed the effect of romidepsin in ART-treated chronically HIV-1 infected individuals. Here, we studied the gene expression on PBMCs or isolated CD4 before and after the 3-cycle infusion of Romidepsin Overall design: Samples of PBMCs and isolated CD4 T cells from 6 participants in the part A REDUC clinical trial were taken before (v1) and 1 week after the 3 cycles of romidepsin infusion (v9). We identified differentially expressed genes between v9-v1. We did not include the only woman of the study in the analysis, but we upload the data for transparency
