RNAseq based trascript profilling of MCF7-xenograft mice treated with one of three CDK4/6 inhibitiors

We compare differences in gene expression induced after treating MCF7-xenograft mice with either ribociclib, palbociclib, or abemacicilb daily for 4 days. Mice were engrafted with MCF7 cells in each flank and allowed to grow to ~300 mm3.
