Dynamic Soil Properties for Soil Health Database v.1.0

The Science of Soil Health program has allowed participants to gather data on dynamic soil properties (DSP). A standardized set of metrics related to soil health was gathered from various regions and soil types, with the aim of integrating this data into this soil survey DSP databases and related products.The database is .db format, built with R programming, compatible with Python programming and various SQLite GUI and IDEs.These data can be linked to soil information by using them as baseline and reference values for soil health indicators. This includes the assessing the relationship between land use and management systems on the soil health metrics measured. It can also be used as a baseline value for ecological and other soil data modeling. These data can also be used to update and standardize soil survey information relative to influence of dynamic soil properties on soil health.
