Additional file 1: Supplemental Table 1. Questionnaires of The Cancer Fatigue Scale. The Cancer Fatigue Scale is a 15-item scale measuring the severity of fatigue that consists of three domains: physical, affective, and cognitive. Higher total scores (overall fatigue) indicate more severe fatigue [39].
