资源简介:
Individuals living environments and lifestyles are primary factors influencing microbial composition. Changes in microbiome composition can be utilized in forensic medicine to ascertain individual identity and geographical origin. Simultaneously, these alterations aid in delineating population structure and succession changes. However, further investigation is required to discern differences in microbiome between populations experiencing geographical and environmental shifts and primitive populations. Additionally, it remains uncertain whether such behavior induces changes in individual microbiomes. Thus, this study incorporated 57 African individuals who were native to Africa but had been residing in China for a minimum of 3 years, along with six local Chinese individuals. Skin and oral samples were obtained, and the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene from the extracted microbial DNA was sequenced.
