City of Frankfurt (Oder)-Building Plan BP-06-013 “August-Bebel- Strasse 35”, 1st amendment

The city of Frankfurt (Oder) has its construction plans and the land use plan (status: 2011) Make XPlanning compliant. As part of this measure, the plans with tools from the AED-SYNERGIS were newly recorded and exported as XPlanGML. In addition to the XPlan-compliant preparation of the plans, the aim of the preparation is also the provision of information about geoservices on the Internet. The vectorisation of the data was carried out according to the method according to N.2.1 of the specifications “XPlan-compliant recording of data of the planning management planning” of the Brandenburg State Office for Construction and Traffic Recording with the recording quality in accordance with 2.1.3 “Description” and the recording depth according to point 2.2 of the Specifications pursuant to 2.2.3 “all plan contents”.奥得河畔法兰克福（Frankfurt (Oder)）需将其建设规划与土地利用规划（状态：2011年）调整为符合XPlanning（XPlanning）标准。作为该工作的一部分，项目组借助AED-SYNERGIS工具对规划文本进行了全新数字化录入，并导出为XPlanGML（XPlanGML）格式文件。除完成规划文本的XPlanning适配工作外，本次整理的目标还包括提供面向互联网的地理服务相关信息。数据矢量化工作严格遵循勃兰登堡州建筑与交通记录局（Brandenburg State Office for Construction and Traffic Recording）发布的《规划管理数据的XPlanning适配录入规范》中N.2.1章节的方法执行，其录入质量符合该规范2.1.3章节"描述"的要求，录入深度则符合依据2.2.3章节"全部规划内容"所对应规范的2.2条款要求。
