RNAseq of liver of mice with a conditional overexpression of Cterminal FGF23 peptide in osteoblasts and osteocytes and WT littermates 6 hours post-injection of 250ng/g of recombinant murine Il-1B or saline. Overall design: These R26-stop-CterFgf23 mutant mice have a loxP-flanked STOP sequence followed by the Cterminal peptide of FGF23 inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. When bred to mice expressing Dmp1-Cre recombinase, the STOP sequence is deleted and CterFgf23 expression is observed in mature osteoblasts and osteocytes in the bone of the double mutant offspring (CterTg). At 6 weeks, WT and CterTg mice were injected with a single dose of 250ng/g recombinant murin IL-1B or saline as Ctr and sacrificed 6 hours post-injection, and Liver was collected. Total RNA was isolated and submitted for RNAsequencing.
