This dataset documents the basic technological development profile of large and medium-sized state-owned industrial enterprises across Qinghai Province. The data is classified based on the basic technological development profile of such enterprises at the provincial level. The data is compiled from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook published by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset contains two data tables, namely:
1. Basic Technological Development Profile of Large and Medium-Sized State-Owned Industrial Enterprises in Qinghai Province 1998.xls
2. Basic Technological Development Profile of Large and Medium-Sized State-Owned Industrial Enterprises in Qinghai Province 1999.xls

The two data tables share identical structures. Taking the 1998 data table as an example, it has a total of 5 fields:
