资源简介:
Native aquatic plant species grown in coal mining subsidence areas are well-adapted to local environmental conditions, providing practical solutions for the ecological restoration of mining areas. However, our current understanding is still limited relative to the structure and function of bacterial microbiotas inhabiting these plants. Here we present a detailed characterization of the bacterial microbiotas from two plant compartments (rhizosphere and root endophyte) in four common plant species (reed, cattail, bulrush, and sedge) at two plant habitats (sediment and coal gangue), using Illumina-based sequencing approaches.
