These files contain the supporting raw data of the journal article <strong>The key role of the largest extant neotropical frugivore (<em>Tapirus terrestris</em>) in promoting admixture of plant genotypes across the landscape</strong>. They include the geographical coordinates and genotypes (microsatellites) of 259 palm (<em>Syagrus romanzoffiana</em>) individuals analyzed in the mentioned study, as well as an example of one input file for conducting data analysis with the software COLONY 2.0.
