资源简介:
The growth of commercial biocontrol agents was evaluated on artificial substrates mimicking the chemical composition of grape berries at different grape growth stages for understanding the influence of plant substrate on BCA growth. The influence of temperature on BCA growth and efficacy were evaluated in two following experiments. In the experiment evaluating BCA growth, the BCAs population size was assessed after 1 to 13 days of incubation on the ripe berries substrate at 15 to 35°C.In the experiment evaluating BCA efficacy, the BCAs were applied to ripe berries and then incubated at 15 to 30°C. After 1 to 13 days, the berries were inoculated with B. cinerea and incubated for 7 days after which the BCA control efficacy was assessed. The results confirm that the plant substrates and temperature affect the population size of the BCA following application; temperature also affects the preventative efficacy of BCA against B. cinerea.
