B-Plan 4-056 Crown Mats (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 4-056 entered into force on 8.7.2006. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合INSPIRE标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。 本开发规划（编号4-056）于2006年7月8日正式生效。 开发规划承载着城市规划秩序中具备法律约束力的各项固定规制，是建筑管理规划的核心要素。建筑管控规则明确规定了建设的选址、建设类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划应依据土地利用规划编制而成。 本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过开放地理空间信息联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium, OGC）的WMS（Web地图服务）及预定义ATOM协议获取。
