The generator of a public utility easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, by regulation, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land.The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.公共地役权（public utility easement）的生成主体，是一类地理实体，其自身性质或功能会通过监管规定，对周边土地的利用方式施加约束。该生成主体在其场地范围内的灭失或毁损，并不会导致与之相关的地役权归于消灭。唯有由主管当局作出新的撤销或废止行为，方可从法律层面消除相关地役权的法律效力。
