在大熊猫历史病例中,传染病占总发病率的78.86%。血清学检测显示二十种病原体呈阳性抗体,并且在大熊猫血清样品中首次检测到隐孢子虫抗体。并且发现病毒感染是主要的病原性感染,而针对CDV的疫苗未引起一致的抗体滴度。在粪便和拭子样本中,共检测到四种病毒CPV、CHV、CAV-I和CAV-II,但阳性率较低。除奇异变形杆菌和产气荚膜梭菌外,沙门氏菌是大熊猫粪便中的主要细菌病原体,感染率高达92.0%。在寄生虫感染调查方面,蛔虫(感染率12.44%)仍是大熊猫粪便中最常见的寄生虫,但感染率明显低于以往的研究。尽管绝大多数病原体的阳性率仅与分布有统计学意义,但其中CAV-II和CPV的患病率与年龄相关因素呈显著相关性。

In the historical medical records of giant pandas, infectious diseases accounted for 78.86% of the total incidence. Serological tests detected positive antibodies against 20 pathogens, and Cryptosporidium antibodies were identified in giant panda serum samples for the first time. Viral infections were found to be the primary pathogenic infections, while vaccines targeting CDV failed to elicit consistent antibody titers. A total of four viruses, namely CPV, CHV, CAV-I and CAV-II, were detected in fecal and swab samples, albeit with low positive rates. Except for Proteus mirabilis and Clostridium perfringens, Salmonella was the dominant bacterial pathogen in giant panda feces, with an infection rate as high as 92.0%. In terms of parasitic infection surveys, Ascaris (with an infection rate of 12.44%) remained the most prevalent parasite in giant panda feces, but its infection rate was notably lower than that reported in previous studies. Although the positive rates of most pathogens only exhibited statistical significance in relation to their distribution, the prevalence of CAV-II and CPV showed a significant correlation with age-related factors.
