Placental ischemia disrupts DNA methylation patterns of distal regulatory regions in rat

We carry out whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) of rat placental DNA to investigate epigenome-wide alterations in a reduced uterine perfusion pressure (RUPP) PE model.
