We sequenced de novo and assembled three industrial chlorella genomes, including Chlorella sorokiniana BD09, Chlorella sorokiniana BD08 and Chlorlella sp. Dachan, which are widely used for nutrient removal from piggery wastewater. The three newly sequenced genomes have been presented in a high genome assembly quality in contiguity comparable with previously published chlorella elsewhere.

我们完成了三株工业用小球藻属（Chlorella）基因组的从头测序与组装，涵盖斯氏小球藻BD09（Chlorella sorokiniana BD09）、斯氏小球藻BD08（Chlorella sorokiniana BD08）以及Chlorlella属未定种Dachan（Chlorlella sp. Dachan）；该三株菌株均广泛应用于猪场废水的营养盐去除工艺。此三株新测序的基因组均具备优异的组装质量，其序列连续性可与已发表的其他小球藻基因组相媲美。
