Statutory Orders complied with/ withdrawn/ superseded on dangerous buildings

The Buildings Department has established a database of buildings with Repair Order(s) complied with/ withdrawn/ superseded after 1 May 2024 under Section 26 of the Buildings Ordinance.
The number of compliance of Repair Order(s) is based on the Monthly Digest Table 2.4 published on the Buildings Department’s website.
The geospatial features may not be available for all building blocks in the database of the Buildings Department. Data of the building blocks without geospatial features is not included in the geospatial dataset. Nonetheless, every effort has been made to provide correct and accurate geospatial features to all building blocks.

建筑署（Buildings Department）已建立数据库，收录2024年5月1日之后依据《建筑物条例》第26条发出的修葺命令（Repair Order）已获遵从、撤销或取代的相关楼宇。修葺命令的遵从数量统计依据建筑署官方网站发布的《月度摘要》（Monthly Digest）表2.4。建筑署数据库内并非所有楼宇单元均具备地理空间特征（geospatial features），不具备该特征的楼宇单元数据未被纳入本地理空间数据集。尽管如此，本数据集已尽最大努力为所有楼宇单元提供准确无误的地理空间特征。
