Biomass of Green algae in the northern Wadden Sea at station Sylt_Tonnenleger-Bucht in 2008

At each site species community and algal percent coverage of an area of 50x50 m is determined. To determine biomass, ten replicates samples per site (10x10 cm) are taken by removing the algae from the sediment surface. In the laboratory, biomass (ash free dry weight) of each species within the samples is determined by drying the algae at 75°C for three days followed by ashing at 500°C for six hours.

在每个样地中，均对50米×50米区域内的物种群落与藻类盖度百分比进行测定。为测定生物量，于每个样地采集10组重复样本（规格为10厘米×10厘米），采集方式为刮取沉积物表面附着的藻类。在实验室中，通过将样本中的藻类置于75℃下烘干三日，随后在500℃下灰化六小时的方法，测定样本内各物种的生物量（去灰分干重，ash free dry weight）。
