Custom pull down baits have been designed against sequence in the gaps in the Zv9 genetic map. These will be enriched for and sequenced across 192 individuals from the MGH mapping panel, to aid in identification of polymorphic markers within the gaps, therefore aiding a more accurate assembly in Zv10.
