World Health Survey, Norwegian data, 2003

The World Health Survey is a multi-country survey. The aim of the survey program is to gather data on health states, disability, responsiveness and provision of health services in a wide range of health systems. Statistics Norway (SSB) has been responsible for the data collection in Norway.

The survey is concerned with the relation between needs for health services in the population (respondents health condition) and available health services, and it includes questions about the quality of available services. It is particularly focused on how patients are greeted and treated in the health services, which is evaluated from subjective expectations. The health services in this survey includes srevices that are offered by general practitioner, specialist, psychologist, midwife, dentist, physiotherapist, chiropractor and alternative therapist.

世界健康调查（World Health Survey）是一项多国性调查项目。该调查项目的核心目标是收集覆盖众多卫生系统的健康状况、失能情况、服务响应性以及卫生服务供给相关数据。挪威统计署（Statistics Norway, SSB）负责挪威境内的数据采集工作。
本次调查聚焦于人群的卫生服务需求（即受访者自身健康状况）与可获得卫生服务之间的关联，并涵盖了关于现有服务质量的相关问题。其尤为关注卫生服务场景中患者的接待与诊疗体验，该维度基于受访者的主观预期进行评估。本次调查所涵盖的卫生服务包括全科医生、专科医师、心理学家、助产士、牙医、物理治疗师、脊骨神经医师以及替代疗法从业者所提供的各类服务。
