Gastric cancer is the fifth common malignancy and the third leading cause of cancer-associated mortality worldwide. Therapeutic options for the treatment of GC remains inadequate, therefore understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms of the gastric carcinogenesis and identify sensitive biomarkers could be helpful for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Currently, the high-throughput sequencing techniques, in particular the RNA-seq method represents an advanced approach to evaluate the transcriptional changes between tumor and healthy samples. We performed an AmpliSeq Transcriptome analysis (RNA-seq) of 24 gastric tumors (and their matched normal tissues), according to the Lauren classification using the Ion S5 Sequencer with Torrent Suite Software v10.
胃癌是全球范围内第五大常见恶性肿瘤,亦是癌症相关死亡的第三大诱因。目前胃癌的治疗手段仍相对不足,因此阐明胃癌发生的潜在分子机制并筛选敏感生物标志物,可为该疾病的预防与治疗提供助力。当前,高通量测序技术,尤其是RNA测序(RNA-seq)方法,是评估肿瘤与健康样本间转录组差异的先进技术手段。本研究依据劳伦分型(Lauren classification),采用Ion S5测序仪(Ion S5 Sequencer)搭配Torrent Suite软件v10(Torrent Suite Software v10),对24例胃癌组织及其配对正常组织开展了AmpliSeq转录组分析(RNA-seq)。
