Source code and dependent datasets used to model the perturbations to tropospheric ozone (O3) and methane (CH4) due to South Korean air pollution emissions. The modelling system consists of three stages: The boundary layer-residual (BL-RL) stage (BL-RL), plume (PL) stage, and dispersed pollution (DP) stage. The directory contains a modified version of F0AM v3.1, Emission inventories (KORUS v5, GFED5, and MEGAN v2.10), and processed datasets from ERA5, EDGAR, KORUS-AQ, and ATom.  , , # Modelling System for CH4 and O3 perturbations from South Korean air pollution [Access this dataset on Dryad](https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.f4qrfj78x) A three-part modelling system of South Korean air pollution in the boundary layer and residual layer (**BL-RL stage**), transported offshore as pollution plumes (**PL stage**), and as dispersed perturbations to the background air (**DP stage**). *Modelling_System.zip* contains the source code run the modelling stages, and output from those runs, documented at [[https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-6012](https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-6012)]. Running the model stages requires MATLAB (e.g. R2022A) and some datasets from the complementary Zenodo repository (*F0AM_and_Inventories.zip*).
