Data underlying chapter 5 of PhD thesis: Bacterial chromosome organization by ParB proteins

This dataset contains output files form the analysis involved in the Chapter 5. The raw data is outputed as .hdf5 files and .csv/.xlsx files that contain current molecules with their location and described behaviour. The objective was to output a readable files that links to the raw and processed datasets. Plots for the figures and the paper were created from these files.

本数据集包含第5章相关分析所生成的输出文件。原始数据以.hdf5文件与.csv/.xlsx格式输出，此类文件收录了当前研究中的分子及其所处位置与已描述的行为特征。本次分析的核心目标是生成可读取的关联文件，用于衔接原始数据集与经处理后的数据集。本研究的插图及学术论文所需的各类可视化图表均基于这些文件绘制生成。
