Contract List

This data set contains a list of all open contracts in Gilbert for the prior month. This list is updated at the end of each month. Columns: CON_Num___Munis - Current contract number CON_Num___Eden - Contract number from previous source of record, if contract has been renewed from prior years. This field will be blank for contracts opened after 2020. CON_Name - Simple name for the contract Contract_Type - Contract type. Intergovernmental agency contracts are not included in this list. CON_Contractor_Name - Business name for the contractor associated with the project. CON_Mailing_Name - Mailing name for the contractor associated with the project.- CON_Mailing_Address - Mailing address for the contractor associated with the project. CON_Mailing_Address_2 - Mailing address line 2 for the contractor associated with the project. CON_Mailing_City - Mailing city for the contractor associated with the project. CON_Mailing_State - Mailing ZIP code for the contractor associated with the project. CON_Mailing_Zip - Mailing ZIP code for the contractor associated with the project. CIP_Project_Num - The project number of the Capital Improvement Project that the contract is associated with, if applicable. CON_Expiration_Date - Date the contract is set to expire. CON_Completion_Date - Date the contract was/is scheduled to be completed. Staff_Name - Name of the staff member responsible for the contract. Staff_Email_Address - Email address of the staff member responsible for the contract. Supervisor_Name - Name of the supervisor of the staff member responsible for the contract. Supervisor_Email_Address - Email address of the supervisor of the staff member responsible for the contract. CON_Maintenance_Email - Maintenance email address for the contract. CON_Renewable - A flag that designates whether the contract is renewable. CON_Status - Current status of the contract. Meeting_Date - Council meeting date when contract was approved, if Council approval was required. RevisedAmount - Total running amount of the contract as of the publish date.
