菌株为实验室保藏，斜面活化过夜培养，提取细菌基因组，并通过Nanopore+illumina技术测序获得基因组序列。3株赖氨酸球形芽孢杆菌基因组（含质粒）测序数据集。
Strains preserved in the laboratory were activated on slant media and incubated overnight. Bacterial genomic DNA was extracted, and genomic sequences were obtained via combined Nanopore and Illumina sequencing. This dataset contains the genome (including plasmids) sequencing data of 3 Lysinibacillus sphaericus strains.
