Share of real estate assets under management worldwide 2019, by region

As of June 2019, the value of global property assets under management reached 3.6 trillion U.S. dollars, of which 48 percent was held in the Americas. As of June 2018, 41 percent was held in Europe and 13 percent in Asia Pacific, which shifted to 33 percent and 19 percent in 2019, respectively.
