根据《1919-1970黄河流域水文特征值统计》白本数字化整理出黄河中游下段（龙门至三门峡水库）黄河干流水位站点逐年悬移质输沙量特征值统计数据，收集整理1919-1970年黄河流域下游区黄河干流水文站点水文特征值统计资料，人工数字化获得。
This dataset was fully manually digitized and compiled based on the original printed edition (referred to as "white copy" in the source material) of *Statistics of Hydrological Characteristic Values of the Yellow River Basin (1919–1970)*. It includes two parts of statistical data: 1) Annual characteristic values of suspended sediment load at main-stream water level stations in the lower-middle reaches of the Yellow River, from Longmen to the Sanmenxia Reservoir; 2) Systematically collected and organized statistical documents of hydrological characteristic values for main-stream hydrological stations in the downstream reaches of the Yellow River Basin during 1919–1970.
