In TETIS laboratory, leaf trait data were derived from 747 sampled leaves of two oak species (Quercus pubescens and Quercus ilex) collected at Puéchabon and Pic Saint Loup forests (FR) between April and October 2021, and accounting for 45 trees. They are composed of leaf water content (Equivalent Water Thickness - EWT) and leaf dry matter content (Leaf Mass Area - LMA) derived from standard protocols (weighing and drying in oven). From the optical properties measured from the same leaf dataset, the radiative transfer model PROSPECT-PRO was run in the inversion mode to get access to retrieved total chlorophylls, carotenoids and anthocyanins content, EWT, LMA, carbon-based and protein-based constituents of LMA.
