This repository contains the MATLAB scripts used to reproduce all behavioral and reward-related analyses and figures presented in the manuscript: “Behavioral strategies and pupillary response in a rewarded stop-signal task”(Giuffrida et al., 2025) All scripts are written in MATLAB R2023a . Mat structures containing behavioral data from the Stop-Signal Task (SST) with three reward conditions: Go Plus (G+), Neutral (N), Stop Plus (S+).
