dog off-leash areas

Within built-up areas, dogs must be kept on a leash. However, in Eindhoven there are also several locations where dogs are allowed to run loose. Such off-leash dog areas are part of this data collection. 

在建成区内，犬只必须佩戴牵引绳进行管控。不过，荷兰埃因霍温市内亦设有多处允许犬只脱离牵引绳自由活动的区域。此类无牵引绳犬只活动区均被纳入本次数据集的收录范畴。
