Spatial single cell RNA profiles from medulloblastoma tumors with extensive nodularity

Medulloblastoma with extensive nodularity (MBEN) are cerebellar tumors with two histologically distinct compartments and varying disease course. We invetiagated this tumor class in detail with single cell transcriptome analysis. Cohort of MBEN tumors was processed with Resolve Bioscience protocol in order to obtain spatial single cell profiles
