Rovaniemi Provincial Plan

The regional plan for the Rovaniemi sub-region (Rovaniemi and Ranua) is a legal plan in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act, which was drawn up by the Regional Council of Lapland and the Ministry of the Environment on 2 November 2001.罗瓦涅米次区域（Rovaniemi sub-region，包含罗瓦涅米与拉努阿）的区域规划属于依据《土地使用与建筑法（Land Use and Building Act）》制定的法定规划，该规划由拉普兰地区委员会（Regional Council of Lapland）与环境部（Ministry of the Environment）于2001年11月2日编制完成。
