VT Data - Current Use Program Properties

This table represents the most recently available complete statewide list of enrolled properties in Vermont's Current Use (CU) Program, including both agriculture and forestry enrollments. It can be joined or related with standardized statewide parcel data by School Property Account Number (SPAN). CU pertains to the Use Value Appraisal of Agricultural, Forest, Conservation, and Farm Buildings Property. The CU Program is administered by the Division of Property Valuation and Review (PVR) within the Vermont Department of Taxes and questions about the data should be directed there.
