XPlanung dataset BPL “Road baker 3 rd change”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Straßenäcker 3. Amendment” of the municipality of Erlenbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: BPL of interior development according to § 13a BauGB and local building codes Road baker 3. Amendment, priority use BfG.开发计划（BPL）包含适用于城市规划规程的具有法律约束力的规定。原则上，开发计划必须依据土地利用规划编制。本次可用数据为埃尔伦巴赫市（Erlenbach）采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Straßenäcker 3号修正案》开发计划。说明：本数据集为依据《德国建筑法典（Baugesetzbuch，BauGB）》第13a条及地方建筑规范编制的内部开发BPL，对应《Road baker 3号修正案》，优先适用BfG。
