Attitudes of one-person company owners towards hiring staff.<br>Topics: frequency of the following activities: employ staff on short term basis, receive help from friends or family, subcontract or buy services from others; recruitment of staff under regular work contract; expected necessity to recruit staff under regular work contract in the next six months; reasons for not employing staff under regular contract; most important obstacles for employing staff under regular contract with regard to legal and administrative procedures; estimated number of institutions to deal with before employing staff; estimated time needed to fulfil administrative procedures; expected time needed for administrative process in total; most important sources of information on administrative processes and duties; estimated time needed per month and employee for administrative processes; awareness of selected simplified legal and administrative requirements and initiatives for small companies: special rules regarding the administrative process of hiring employees, relaxed employment rules, exceptions from rules regarding dismissal of employees, tax reductions and special reductions for social security contributions, special financial support with regard to hiring employees; estimated non-wage labour costs.
Demography: information about the company: number of employees in the own country, company sector; beginning of business activity; sex; age; age at end of education; turnover of the company in the own country in the last fiscal year.

人口统计与企业信息维度包含以下内容:企业在本国的员工数量、所属行业板块、经营活动启动时间;受访者的性别、年龄、受教育结束年龄;上一财年企业在本国的营业额。
额外编码字段包括:受访者ID、所在国家、标准产业分类代码(SIC-Code)、访谈语言、权重因子(weighting factor)。
