Dataset for publication: Analysing plate fixation of a comminuted fracture of the proximal ulna in relation to the elbow joint: A finite element study

This study focuses on the biomechanical analysis of comminuted fractures of the proximal ulna using computational modeling. The main objective is to evaluate the mechanical stability of various fixation strategies under physiological loading conditions. The results include stress distribution in the fixation plate, strain distribution in the bone, interfragmentary motion (IFM), and load transfer analysis.
