Annotated Oyster Mushroom Images

We present a novel dataset of annotated oyster mushroom images, comprising 555 raw camera images, about 8,000 mushroom-labeled images, over 8,000 maturity-labeled images, various annotation files, and environmental sensor data. Captured day and night at an oyster mushroom farm in Mersin, Turkey, the raw images and associated environmental data were collected over two mushroom cultivation cycles from late December 2022 to late April 2023 through a smart system designed and implemented at the farm.
