透過臺中市政府陳情整合平台，每月分析臺中市陳情案件焦點議題，分析期間市民關心的前十大陳情焦點，並依機關分類，藉以瞭解陳情業務較多之機關為何。
Using the Petition Consolidation Platform of Taichung City Government, this dataset conducts monthly analysis of focal topics in Taichung's petition cases. It identifies the top 10 petition focal topics concerned by citizens during each analysis period, classifies the cases by responsible government agencies, and thereby determines which government agencies undertake relatively heavier petition-handling workloads.
