东北地区1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1992年）包括东北地区1992年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
1:4,000,000 Scale County-Level Administrative Division Dataset of Northeast China (1992) encompasses two parts of data: county-level administrative division data and county-level administrative seat location data of Northeast China in 1992. The county-level administrative division data includes information such as the name, Pinyin, administrative division codes, and administrative changes of county-level administrative units. The county-level administrative seat location data covers the location information of the seats of county-level administrative units, as well as the level and administrative changes of these seats.
