Data and code for aging C57BL/6J proteomics manuscript

Data and code used for the aging C57BL/6J proteomics manuscript. Data includes quantitative protein profiling from 10 tissues (kidney, liver, fat, spleen, lung, heart, skeletal muscle, striatum, cerebellum, and hippocampus) from 20 C57BL/6J mice, representing balanced groups by sex and age (8 and 18 months-old). Code for processing data, running analysis, and producing figures are included. Code and data to locally run an interactive data viewer (Shiny application) is also included.
