Of these devices, 4 are GROB (dual-axis) machines and 2 are DMG (single-axis) machines. During the engine cylinder block machining process, multiple parameters are collected and recorded, including spindle power, vibration frequencies of the X, Y, and Z axes, spindle speed, and feed rate. Additionally, the tool service life is documented using the number of machined parts. When abnormal conditions are detected during machining, the machine will shut down, and the tool wear value will be measured and logged with the KEYENCE VHX-5000 measuring apparatus.
