Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Ad hoc requirement of urban planning documents of a PLU, POS or PLUI — Aveyron

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information that appears on the graphic documents of the PLU, POS or PLUi. A requirement which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the settlement of the area.

城市规划文件的相关要求由《城市规划法典》第R123-11条予以明确规定。此类规划管控要求以面状、线状或点状信息的形式，体现在PLU、POS或PLUi的图示文件中。若某一规划要求覆盖规划文件中的某一地块区域，则通常会对该区域的建设用地开发施加额外约束条件。
