An automated high-content screening and assay platform for the analysis of spheroids at subcellular resolution

This is the primary image data underpinning the above manuscript. The data set are 16-bit TIFF files acquired on a fully automated spinning disk confocal microscope. Each image is a single colour channel, single optical slice, of a single position in a well, containing a spheroid of HeLa Kyoto cells.
