We report the application of next-generation sequencing (NGS) to analysis the gene expression profile among three different cells:iPSC-MC-Ch, iPSC-NCC-Ch and primary chondrocyte. Our results shown that iPSC-MC-Chs were more similar to iPSC-NCC-Chs than primary chondrocytes.
