Empirical weight parameters VATSPUD data

This is the adjacency matrix containing the empirical weight parameters that were used as a starting point for the simulation study. These parameters were retrieved from a network analysis with IsingFit in R, the data come from the VATSPUD study (courtesy of Ken Kendler, see the paper for a brief description of the data) and consist of the 14 disaggregated symptoms of major depression according to DSM-III-R.
